Valentino has a strong focus on IT-driven transformation, including but not limited to process optimization and software implementation, particularly for ERP systems. He combines organizational and technical expertise to support companies in analyzing existing processes, improving operational workflows, and transitioning to new digital tools.
He has several years of experience in software development and implementation projects for small and mid-sized companies, with a specialization in ERP system implementation and development. In addition, he has worked in implementation and process management within an international corporate environment and has consulting experience across digitalization, IT, and process improvement projects.
Valentino holds a law degree from the University of Salzburg and certifications in ITIL, IPMA, and Scrum (PSM and PSPO). His interdisciplinary background allows him to approach digital transformation from both a structured organizational perspective and a practical technical one.

Led the development and implementation of a modular ERP/CRM system to digitalize central business processes.
The project included end-to-end product ownership, requirements analysis, prioritization, and scaling of the system, including mobile solutions and extensions.
Responsibilities also covered the management of cross-functional development teams, the establishment of testing, quality, and operations processes, and the introduction of ITIL-based change and incident structures. Governance, KPI, PMO, and documentation standards were developed to support sustainable product and project management, while product strategy and stakeholder alignment were managed at leadership level.
