Er verbindet organisatorische und technische Expertise, um Unternehmen bei der Analyse bestehender Prozesse, der Verbesserung operativer Abläufe und dem Übergang zu neuen digitalen Tools zu unterstützen.
Er verfügt über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklungs- und Implementierungsprojekten für kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen, mit einer Spezialisierung auf die Implementierung und Entwicklung von ERP-Systemen. Darüber hinaus war er in der Implementierung und im Prozessmanagement in einem internationalen Konzernumfeld tätig und verfügt über Beratungserfahrung in Digitalisierungs-, IT- und Prozessverbesserungsprojekten.
Valentino hat ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Salzburg sowie Zertifizierungen in ITIL, IPMA und Scrum (PSM und PSPO). Sein interdisziplinärer Hintergrund ermöglicht es ihm, digitale Transformation sowohl aus einer strukturierten organisatorischen als auch aus einer praktischen technischen Perspektive anzugehen.

Led the development and implementation of a modular ERP/CRM system to digitalize central business processes.
The project included end-to-end product ownership, requirements analysis, prioritization, and scaling of the system, including mobile solutions and extensions.
Responsibilities also covered the management of cross-functional development teams, the establishment of testing, quality, and operations processes, and the introduction of ITIL-based change and incident structures. Governance, KPI, PMO, and documentation standards were developed to support sustainable product and project management, while product strategy and stakeholder alignment were managed at leadership level.
