Test Chatbots systematically from an end-user perspective and provide insights how to improve them.
AI that "works in the demo" is not the same as AI that works. Our clients ask us one deceptively simple question: is this system actually good? As our GenAI Auditor, you are the person who answers it — with evidence, not vibes.
What you will do
You run 9senses GenAI Audits end to end: you design realistic use cases for chatbots and GenAI applications, test their behavior and probe where hallucinations occur. You turn the results into a crisp report that can be read by executives and can help identify key improvement points.
What you bring
You understand the mechanics of generative AI systems, from retrieval to generation and postprocessing. You can identify the root causes of certain behaviors and can translate them into normal language and into technical descriptions of likely failure points. You are fluent in English and ideally another key language, and you can communicate concisely.
What we offer
We offer a fully developed auditing platform, the entire toolset (online system, automatic capturing and report generation facilities, and the necessary training materials. You can hit the ground running. This role can be filled as a part-time job, as a freelance gig or you can even create your own business around selling and conducting chatbot audits.
